Customer Service Team professional & pleasure to deal with When I called in to make an appointment for a Recall I received from Lexus I spoke with,Dave Wowk and on the Recall it advised it could take 3 1/2 -4 hours to do. I asked Dave for a Loaner he said it will be ready when you come in for your service. He is and has always been a pleasure to deal with and I am treated very well at your dealership.
My experience was phenomenal. Everyone is pleasant. Easy to fill out paperwork. The spa is relaxing as always. Only waited a short amount of time for the shuttle both ways. The driver was very personable. My car is clean and shiny:)
