Great experience This is our first experience with Lexis. Ben is an amazing, informative and patient sales person. Against our other experience with other sales persons, Ben was not pushing us at all. Instead he introduced the car, presented us with other options, explained about the car's features and allowed us to research. He is honest and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions before we make our mind. We are very much impressed with his support and service. Thank you

Wow!! I heard about the dealership years ago and now was the time to look at the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle but not necessarily a Lexus yet as l had other makes in mind but this was my first stop. Smooth delivery On the day of the delivery, Benjamin, Josie and Kathryn were thorough and accommodating. Josie was patient, knowledgeable while teaching me about the RX 350's features. It's like home I sadly had to give up my LX470 after 15 great years and test drove other makes. Josie, Benjamin, and Kathryn Josie was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She made us feel very comfortable. Overall, we were very impressed with her. With regard to Benjamin, he is nothing less than outstanding! He was very helpful and kind! He catered to all our needs. We felt like we knew him for years. Great experience I have puchased 3 Lexus from Lexus On the Park (formerly Scarborough Lexus) since 2000. The customer service of the staff, from sales to service, are top-notch. Service was very efficient Excellent Service!!! My windshield wiper was damaged by wind & rain while driving on the 401 highway. A new one was ordered and replaced the next day!

First service experience I am a recent purchaser of a Lexus RX350. I went in for my first service and Brian was terrific. Although, I didn't pre-book, he accommodated me instead of a rebook and the service was complementary! Great dealership, staff and experience
