Service at Lexus of Royal Oak is excellent We were at Royal Oak three times and each time the service was first class. Alex Richardson and on one occasion Talat Hussain were very helpful and showed us everything about the Lexus vehicles. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain options. We were very impressed.

Outstanding service department Have always been impressed with the service department at Lexus of Royal Oak. When dropping my Lexus off for service, my wife's car (non-Lexus) unexpectedly developed a mechanical problem. I went back into service to call a tow truck and Mike (Delivery & Technology Specialist) said he would take a look at the problem. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he had a part ordered and installed it himself. Way above and beyond what I could have expected. Thanks to Mike.

Seriously Impressed We were impressed with this dealership the moment we walked through the doors. We stopped by to take a quick look at a pre-owned vehicle we saw advertised and thought we might be interested in. Did I mention "pre-owned"? Seriously, we were treated like guests of honour!
