Not enough staff. Was unable to look inside any car as I had not booked an appointment. My options were wait until a sales person became available ( could be several hours), make an appointment for later in the week, or leave my phone number for someone to call me back ( not sure how they could show me inside and take the two cars I was looking at for a ride) on the phone. Absolutely gutted with the experience, I expected better business from Lexus. I originally had an appointment today (September 14) @ 12:00 with Kevin Gittens to test drive an IS 500 as I'm in the market for a sport sedan. Arrived around 11:30, someone at the reception was very kind enough to tell me to have a seat as she informed Kevin of my arrival. An hour and a half passed by, nothing. Horrible customer experience. We were greeted, yet when we asked for assistance to view a vehicle that we saw advertising online and were interested in, one of the representatives told us to wait until one of the customer associates will assist us. We told them that we will be waiting outside, however, nobody showed up, we waited for more than 30 minutes while customer associates were chatting and totally disregarded us. The dealership was empty and nobody cared to engage with potential customers.
I really don't enjoy writing reports or answering surveys of any type enough said
Nice staff, they offered drop off and pick up if you can’t wait the car to be fixed. But I am not sure why I had the following problem :I went for service 3 .the lighting system went on and off many times just after the service, I never had this problem before. they said alignment needs adjustment, even though , we never feel that . I paid 170$ Then I found a day later if I took off my hand from the steering wheel 🛞 my car is moving to the right in a straight street 😔
If you are buying a pre-owned, make sure you buy the extended warranty with it; they are selling vehicle that are not properly certified. I bought an RX350 and in nine months, the wheel bearing is broken, that you don't expect from a certified RX350 vehicle. So unhappy with the purchase. They somehow get the safety done; do not trust the dealership. MM
Service department personnel are friendly and efficient. Offered good advice and answered my questions. Disappointed in sales staff. Did not acknowledge me in any way, if I was thinking of trading in my RX I would not be inclined to buy here.
My car did not drive as smoothly as when I drove to you. I need some closure
Not a fan of Dale or the service department. Wish I didn’t buy a Lexus and will definitely never buy another one again. The service department is probably the worst I have been to and I dread having to go back. Before you buy your car they are so wonderful, after, I feel they just don’t care at all. I do not recommend this service department
