I visited both Windsor Lexus and Lexus of London in my search for a replacement for my 2010 Lexus Rx-350. The difference in attitude and professionalism is marked. In Windsor I felt like I was dealing with a Toyota salesman that wanted to get me into a Corolla. In London, I was treated like a Lexus client. Stephanie was very friendly and very accommodating, she met us after hours as we were from out of town. She did everything she could to get us the car at the best price. When we picked up the car she met us at the front door with a smile. Great experience.

Recently my mother and step father purchased a vehicle at Lexus of London and was assisted by Matt Granger.
