By far the best car dealership I have dealt with anywhere....initially for a new car purchase in 2002, service from then unril now, and then an upgrade to a higher-end used vehicle most recently ( 2012). Always felt that the team had my best interests and safety in mind. They even showed sensitivity to my financial restrictions when it really counted! A true pursuit of excellence on every level!
Mat Granger was amazing in helping us find the perfect car. We were at a unique point in our lives, wanting a car with cargo for 2 small kids, and great fuel mileage. He was extremely patient with our "humming and Hahing"...and helped guide us to what we believe is the perfect family vehicle that addresses ALL of our needs!
Lexus of London is the best Toyota/Lexus dealership that I have ever dealt with - their attention to Customer Service and appreciation for your business is 'tops' and everyone in the Team seems to be pulling in the same positive direction! I have bought 2 Lexus' from this Dealership, a SC and RX plus have convinced my friends to have their LS' serviced there and another friend to buy his GS from Lexus of London - and they have all been very impressed with the experience - keep up the good work and here's to a great 2013!
Great experience. I enjoyed working with Mat and his team. I chose to make a 2 hour drive to London instead of buying locally and I'm glad I did.
When visiting Lexus of London Mathew and his team was great at answering any questions i had on the fleet of vehicles on their lot and show room. When i decide to buy i went used for now and my car is treating me great. I highly reccommend dealing with Mathew as he was very knowledgeable on all vehicles on the lot and very vibrant and enjoyable to deal with. I will deal with him again any day and planning to go back very soon to purchase my new GS 450H. See you soon Mathew Claudio
Service has always been prompt, complete and fair. Very accommodating on early morning hours by Adam which is most appreciated. Evident they prioize service for the customer and the car.
Very very poor communication from the service advisor and ability to supply parts required for the repair. There did not seem to be any concern or sense of urgency for getting the repair completed.

They are not doing a good job before they turn over to the costumers . The wheel alignment they didn’t check..
