Miscommunication from start to finish. Always blown away by Lexus - not this time. Very sour experience. Too bad. Waited for loaner, booked oil change $90, was given inspection (miscommunication), asked for a days total was told an amount that was for brakes only (miscommunication), arrived to pay and coordinator was on her phone texting about supper. Sales was asked for 3 quotes, provided 2. Made to feel like I should be thankful they were there.

Hi Raja, We apologize about this, but while a car is being repaired some issues that could not be seen in the previously are also unearthed. In this case , the technician found out the camber was still off indicating the control arm was bent, which had to be replaced. The right side front steering knuckle was bent as well, but the repair was declined. That is why the quote was off, We only work on the repair which is authorized by the customer. Everyone from Service Rep, Receptionist, General Mgr, Sales Rep, Accounting Mgr were technically knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably friendly. I traded in a 2013 Lexus RX350 for a 2018 Lexus RX350. I found latter stages of our negotiations a little gruff, detached and absent of sensitivity. When the Manager would no longer move on my trade in value or his sale price, he said "Perhaps this car is not for you and you should look for another one". Very disapointed . Expected my service to take 'about an hour' I arrived early, as I know scheduling can be a problem. When I got the vehicle back all my dfriving position adjustments had disapeared, even the side mirrors. This is not what I recall from previous visits.
Appointment started 1-hour later than promised, and I wasn’t advised of the delay. A 2-hour wait time have snow tires installed way too long.
I wanted to fix the noise under the car,but didn't fix at all. So I made a reservation again. I still to drive while hearing a strange sound. I hope you fix it this time.
wasn't happy with the new tire deal We were told that the service centre would match the price of new tires and installation from another dealer's quote if we brought the quote in, but this didn't happen. When they put the tires on we were told that you only match the tire price and not the labour.
