Went in to have a tire repaired on my IS250. While waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). On entering the dealership we were met by Tom Hiscott. We had not intended to purchase a vehicle only to take a look at used RX350 models. Tom was very helpful and worked very hard to find us something suitable. We were even allowed to take a couple of models for a test drive, without the sales representative. bought rx400h they were great . even brought the car to me . having some problems with the car battery falure in first two days.having problems with headlight self leveling system and headlight condensation salelady great car with 60000 km should be great after i repair all the problems
Excellent dealership. Sales person I dealt with (Stephanie Shearsby) was excellent and looked after everything at a level you would expect from a Lexus Dealer. Fantastic experience all around! Stephanie took the time to explain the vehicle and called weeks later to see how I was enjoying the car...it's the little things that count.
Carrie was excellent to work with us when we recently purchased a new SUV. She made sure all our questions and concerns were answered. She even ended up delivering my new vehicle to me at work to fit it into my schedule.
I have always had my 2008 RX350 Lexus serviced at London Lexus. The service and quality of work is superior. While everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful, Adam McCallum, Service Manager is tops. Adam explains well the service required now and in the future and any cost that may be associated.
