Purchase of Used Lexus Overall the experience was very efficient and expertly handled. All questions were answered in a very friendly manner. The staff couldn't be any more helpful if they tried.
I had a very pleasant sales process and received excellent customer service. The sales person was very knowlegeable and courteous. He explained options and financing terms very well. The dealer was able to locate a car for me very quickly and went above and beyond to get it for me. They even gave me a free of charge brand new Lexus as a loaner until my car was ready. I just leased a new 2014 IS250 and I had an extra key from the 2010 IS250 that I just traded in. I wondered if this key could be programmed to the new IS. I went to the dealership with a problem with my 2003 Lexus GS430 on the advice of Al Farmer in the parts dept. I was going to purchase a exhaust converter and he advised me to see Adam McCallum for another opinion on what I really need to fix my car.
