Matt was fantastic to deal with... he exceeded our expectations of the buying experience! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Lexus of London.... we will be buying our second from them very shortly.
Service appointment times are normally within a day or two. Service personnel are knowledgeable about product, and excellent at explaining work required. Wait times are reasonable and loaners are almost always available. Waiting area is comfortable with coffee etc. and papers available.
We have just leased our third Lexus ES350. We have dealt with Tom Hiscott for the current and previous lease transactions. Tom is great to work with. The dealership is very friendly and service is timely.
After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. I thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehicle in. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. This was our first experience at Lexus, but not our first luxury SUV. Our experience was superior to any we've had in the past. Tom was knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive throughout the process of looking around the dealership, test-driving, and eventually purchasing our RX 350. He really knew the vehicle, and answered all of our questions whether in person or by email. We would definitely recommend Lexus of London, and specifically Tom, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
Overall a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. Gave a very helpful tutorial of all features and how to use them on the new vehicle. New vehicle was detailed to perfection upon pick up.
