My wife and I were very pleased with the excellent service of Lexus of London. All personnel we dealt with we cordial and very helpful. Allan Calvert was helpful for us in choosing the model and was knowledgeable about the different makes we were looking at. Al Calvert advised my wife and me about re leasing a new es 350. Al was highly informative, competitive and everything a consumer expects from a premier dealership as Lexus. The vehicle delivery was completed by Tom who provided full detailed car controls tutorial. The car had many upgrades fron 2010 which Tom highlighted fully. He also completed the final documents.....again explaining everything fully. To summarize ....superior sales people made our re lease process completely satisfactory.
I and My wife were extremely satisfied and impressed with the level of service received at this Dealership. Stephanie was refreshing to deal with.
