Repair of KDDS system on 2011 Toyota 4Runner I had an issue with the KDDS system which the dealer had never seen. Nelson went out of his way to research the issue and worked to minimize the cost of the service. During and between visits Nelson did a great job keeping me up to date re parts on order from California and work status as the job was completed. My car buying experience was very positive - from the moment I contacted the dealership to the moment I drove my new vehicle off the lot. The service from Joe was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcomed the moment I arrived. They were very flexible in arranging the deliver meeting at a time that was convient for my schedule, and spent the time to walk me through all the options available. As a Toyota car owner for more than 25 years, this is the best Toyota dealership I have had the pleasure to experience. Their service and customer relations are exemplary. I especially appreciate this dealership's longer hours, shuttle service and "no appointment necessary" service for certain things. They have also been excellent in a service pinch. When I had a vandalized rear window wiper during a blizzard, and another time both brakes lights burnt out, it was fixed without an appointment. I love, love, love the Ken Shaw ... read more
I was looking for a used car and had decided on a toyota matrix. Everything went great, but what really went above and beyond was when there was a small issue with the cd player after purchase I called Kevin who was the person who i mainly dealt with. After apologizing he bought me lunch and fixed the problem within an hour. They really made the experience easy and enjoyable.
We just picked up the sixteenth vehicle my family has purchased from Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. Needless to say we keep going back because the sales and service experience is invariably fairly priced and pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend the Dealership to anyone interested in a top quality dealer relationship.
We were very impressed with Karen’s outstanding customer service, she was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and most of all she understood our needs and wants. Karen’s knowledge and honest advice was well above three previous new car salespersons we visited at competing brands/dealers. We definitely will recommend Karen to our friends and family.
The staff at Ken Shaw Toyota/Lexus have always been friendly and personable in their dealings with our family.
