Great experience! I purchased a used Sienna from this dealership and my experience was excellent. The price was reasonable and my sales representative was fun to deal with. After I took the van home for a day I noticed the battery was bad. I installed a new battery in my Sienna and informed the dealer they sold me a van with a bad battery. Within a few days I received a cheque in the mail for the full price of the battery I bought. The battery I bought was also the top of the line. It's the best service experience of purchasing Toyota C-HR 2019 at Ken Shaw. I was very happy and impressed with Mr. J. Qiao who is a professional sales and has excellent service to assist me to make decision and follow up with all the processes, especially on the day to pick up my new car, Mr. Qiao was very patient and explained the instructions to me. Personable and attentive salesperson We had a great experience purchasing a Rav4 recently. Will Erichsen (Sales) was attentive to our needs and was not pushy when selling us the vehicle. He was extremely helpful, providing us with information we required e.g., cost and features of different models. He did his best to get us the highest trade-in value the dealership was willing to offer. Amazing service, you leave smiling and appreciated! I had purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla a year ago at Ken Shaw and I was so excited and happy with my car. I was already impressed with the great service and follow-up from Tony Lawrence (sales) and the service department with my check-up appointment. Love my Toyota Matrix I recently took my 2011 Toyota Matrix to Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota Service Department for what I thought might be a major problem. I first was greeted by Teresa Milewska who entered all the information required by the service department. She is very friendly and informative person and a credit to the company, as is Jason MacWilliam the mechanic that found the problem and fixed it. Love my Prius! Jian was friendly, informative, patient with great follow-through, from initial contact to delivery. When I went to pick up my new car, he patiently spent over 1 hour orienting me to my Prius, and finished with an offer of further support if needed. I am confident that help is just a phone call away. Ken Shaw is a dealership with an eye on long term relationships and repeat business....a refreshing perspective in these times.
