I had a great experience with Ken Shaw Lexus I had a great experience with Denis Jung. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions and was very thorough and he tried his utmost to try and get me the car I wanted and I got the SUV of my choice and I have been very happy with it. Denis Jung is very respectful and also has a high degree of professionalism. I will definitely recommend Ken Shaw Lexus to my friends and family members.

Collision Centre at its best. Brought my Lexus in to the Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Centre for body shop repairs after being damaged by a hit-and-run driver. My insurance company wanted me to bring it to a local body shop near my house but I insisted that I bring it to Ken Shaw Lexus even though it was a 40 minute drive away. Best experience so far Right when we entered Tabish greeted us with a warm welcome. From the beginning he treated us like family. He thoroughly explained details of the vehicle we were interested in. Upon request the vehicle was also lifted on the hoist so we were able to see the underside as well. Going through payments was a breeze. Excellence Service Tabish took the time to demonstrate all the new features of our NX300. He was polite, courteous and respectful with my spouse and me. The sales department lived up to the expectation of a Lexus dealership. After buying 4 Lexus over the past 15 years, this was the best experience (both in price and service) to date, given it was a different dealership. We will want to secure our next vehicle with Ken Shaw Lexus.

First Lexus NX200T Purchase Tabish is a very friendly and polite person who wanted my business. He went back in forth negotiation the price with his manager Simon.
