Had a bad experience with Services area. I’ve come to my appointment due to a noise in my car and after a few hours the responsible person gave me the feedback that the problem was the engine mount and it would be done. Everything was fine and I went home to pick up the car the next day. You had said it had not, so we proceeded to check the vehicle for the noise which appeared to be from the motor mount area for which there was an open Toyota Service Bulletin. I had a very bad experience when I went to purchase a new car. No sales advisors approached me to offer assistance, and when I asked to speak with one, no one came to help. Even the managers were standing in the showroom but did not engage with me. It was a very disappointing experience, and I ended up going to Open Road, where I had a much better experience.

Terrible service, poor organization, poor customer experience, and non existent communication between departments, and zero options to provide direct feedback. Manager is just sitting there while 7 reps are on their desks not engaging customers and one of them stretching like they have all the time in the world.

If you are looking to get good quality body work done for your vehicle, this business is not recommended at all. I had the impression that due to this being a reputable business that I would receive the best possible service for my car, but I was wrong. I would highly recommend getting your work done by a private shop, as I believe they would care more about their reputation and deliver high quality craftsmanship. Be careful about the service department. I sent my car in to replace the transmission fluid. Which should cost around $400. When I was waiting, I received a call from the mechanic. He said your car was noisy because the water pump was almost worn out. It would cost $300 for the parts and $750 for the labor. I said go ahead. But when I received my car, the paper said the water pump was worn out + leakage at the flex pipe from the muffler , which was never mentioned before. Ordered OEM Toyota Highlander Towing Hitch with wirings,paid in full dtd July 23,2022, no stock at the moment, followed up mid Sept, they said some parts still missing and will call me when parts arrived. Followed up today Oct 14, they said parts arrived but returned to warehouse because parts are sitting for too long and eating up spaces. Parts crew said they called and left voicemail but havent received any. Due to frustration, I cancelled the order. Bad bad service.
