I have to say Alan Nguyen, our salesman was amazing. Although I hate the waiting around while sales people go back and forth to the "Manager", he made the wait worthwhile and fun. He has a great sense of humour and was extremely knowledgable and thorough. It goes without saying, I love Toyota, but now I wouldn't buy from anyone else but Alan.

Completely happy with both service and my buying experience I was sent on a referral to Jim Pattison Toyota, and they exceeded my expectations. Surjit was the sales guy I dealt directly with, as well as his sales Manager Felix, and they made sure to ensure I were taken care of.
