*Resolved* Disgrace to the Toyota brand Nov 28th 2017 update: Jeff the manager got in touch with me and extended an offer to correct my experience. I have since placed a deposit for the new 2018 Sienna. I am mostly doing it for my father who loves the Toyota brand and to JP Surrey's credit it is very casual, friendly, and a no pressure environment. Best buying experience Jim Pattison Toyota exceeded our expectations. Our sales man Enky went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, making us feel like part of the family. He was outstanding from start to finish and even after the sale he was there to answer questions and book servicing. He went so far as providing his personal food and phone charger to us! Enky is the best and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to him. Keep up the great work Enky. We are Toyota customers for life!
Awesome staff I was with my son to look for a 2017 4Runner unlimited.My son already knew what kind of car he wants to buy.Our experience was far from what I have read from the past reviews.We had an awesome experience with staff from product advisor,finance and car insurance.They were very friendly,pleasant and very helpfulI.I would say they were outstanding.Great place and highly recommended.I would like to thank Ryan,Kevin and Karin for a wonderful experience 😊
Best slection for used vehicles! Try this location! Bought my 2011 RAV4 on AUG.8/2017.When to so many car dealers none of them were honest !There try to sell me a lemon car! Above and beyond service My family and I were looking to buy a new vehicle and had been to many dealerships before, but this dealership was by far the best. Best experience ever! I loved the service and everything Enky had done for me and my family. He worked out the best deal he could for us to get into the vehicle we needed and wanted! While we were busy filling in papers and dealing with insurance, Enky helped chase our 2 year old around. He now has a family of fans! I could not have been treated better. Exceeds Expectations This was my first experience with Jim Pattison Auto. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for.. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. .I met ENKY who guided us through the process. Service need to be improved I was recommended for a big maintenance service three months ago. the charge was about about $1350, then I requested for replacing my missing Hubcap Wheel Cover as a discount. The advice agreed, and put it on the work list and the receipt. He told me that I need to wait for call for installation since there was no parts at the moment.
