Quick and painless Execellent service and was painless especially just after Christmas. Staff was very helpful and so was the shuttle driver both top off and pick up.
Oil change I recently had an oil change at Nissan North Edmonton. My vehicle required a software update which took longer than expected. Rob Polley lent me a vehicle to use until my update was completed. He was also very informative and friendly. In the past, I have owned Chrysler vehicles and I have never been offered a loaner vehicle to use if my vehicle was not ready.

Excellent service. Meggy at the service desk was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She took care of my needs in an expeditious manner and I was on my way. She phoned me regarding some minor issues that they found with my car (I already knew about these issues but just forgot to mention thrm to Meggy). My car was ready to be picked up before noon. Very good service!

Great team and great customer service. Came into the dealership wanting to purchase a vehicle I seen online on the dealership website. Traded In my old vehicle and got the new vehicle, in a smooth transition. Great management team and excellent customer service.
Recall on my Murano I had a notice to come in to have my ABS brakes reviewed as there was a recall. I called and got an appointment immediately; and they told me the length of time it might take. I arrived and promptly was sent to service bay. Katrina instructed us what was going to happen. We came back in a few hrs and our car was ready. The staff was very friendly and reviewed all that was done to my car including checking tires etc.
It was great Great service and friendly staff. I didn't wait very long as promised by the service advisor. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location.
