Explained and dealt with the problems Had problems with water dripping on the front carpets of my Sequoia along with fan cutting in and out. They were able to solve those concerns along with subletting a new windshield without much hassle and cost.s

Bonnie is a terrific service advisor. Highly recommended! I visited Gateway Toyota to obtain a replacement key fob for my 2011 Toyota 4Runner, under an extended warranty I had purchased pre-owned through a local Lexus dealership. Prompt Efficient & Timely Everything went well. I appreciated the Transportation & didn't wait long at all. My questions were answered quickly & honestly! This was a recall and it was ready when I returned. I didn't want to wait too long and have to drive downtown in Rush Hour and I didn't!
Great Service I have been using the same Toyota service technician (when available) for over 25 years, and trust him with servicing my Toyota truck. I ask for him exclusively, and get to talk directly with him at the dealership. My truck has always been well looked after. The courtesy car service is also great, taking me to work at the far side of the city away from the dealership, and picking me up later to return to the dealership..
