Worst of the Worst! ERIN PARK Lexus is Horrible. Horrific experience from sales to service to management. Especially the managers. Once the car is purchased you are forgotten. VERY Sneaky dealership. I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased my vehicle there. My new vehicle came damaged. It took multiple tries to repair it. More damage was made during the repair process as well. Stay away from this dealership! The most terrible experience ever. After 5 months since I pre-paid the new car and provided requested documents,I was denided by Erin Lexus to purchase the delivered car due to the lack of permanent residence. No one warned me before about this requirement when I singed the contact. Well, I fortunate to bought a brand new Lexus in Spinelli Lexus Lachine with an even lesser price!

I bought new tires for my Lexus and after installation I asked what warranty is provided by the dealership and was told that they provide absolutely no warranty and that I have to buy one from them. The only warranty I have is from the manufacturer. Never expected this from a Lexus dealership. Other service from them may be good but next time I'm going to Costco for tires.

This review has to do with the transfer of a retail agreement. Completely botched by Erin Park. This process started Sept. 18 and might be resolved by Nov. 11, no confirmation yet. The process took so long that the Safety Certificate had to be renewed. I contacted Toyota .financial several times to get the problem resolved but at each step of the way the dealership did not complete the necessary paperwork correctly. Leo just told me it cost $899 for lease transfer while someone else in the dealership told me it is $400. I’m the lucky one since I knew the fee, what about people who transferred their lease with him and didn’t know about the fee? This is FRAUD!!!

Not what I expected at a Lexus dealership I live in Mississauga and have always travelled 50 minute drive to the dealership I bought my car from since they have treated me so well since ownership of the vehicle. I decided to save some time and try out this dealership since they seemed highly regarded on here. Total opposite from what my wife and me expected. Lexus servicing review I bought my Lexus ES 350 for an oil and filter change on Dec 13, 2017. I stood beside the desk of Carly for nearly 4 min. She was busy working on her computer. She didn't even look at me or acknowledged my presence. Thanks to another girl on the other desk for noticing and helping me. False promises, never go for service, customer service is ba In nutshell, I don’t like the sales, don’t like the customer service, don’t like the repair service and communication is so poor which is the key of present business. don't buy anything from there
