Had my vehicle in for service and when I couldn't get to the dealership to pick it up before they closed due to my travel schedule, they dropped it off at my house and even coordinated a time when someone would be home to accept the keys! Always have great service from Erin Park Lexus over the three years I have been dealing with them.
Lexus is a good product; and the friendliness of the dealership staff makes 'ownership of a Lexus' much more pleasant and enduring experience. The service is excellent and I keep coming back.

All above employees went out of their way to provide on time, quality work and excellent service. I am extremely happy with this Lexus dealership. A Lexus product is not cheap but it provides excellent value for the money.
I have purchased two new cars from this dealership over the last 6 years and was extremely happy with the salesperson , Siddiq. He was professional in all respects and I felt that the purchase price and process was fair to both sides. I have always had my cars serviced at this dealership and found Scott to be outstanding in his dealings with my wife and myself. He is attentive, knowledgeable and is always ready to take the time to go the extra mile. it's a great dealership.
The purchase of the vehicle was very fast; salesperson (Allen Lu) offered great discount. All my questions about vehicle prior purchase were professionally answered, advices about maintaining a good health of the vehicle were made. Prices for the servicing are reasonable. Lobby of tr dealership is nice and quite. Complimentary drinks and wifi are the great feature to spend time comfortable.
I have dealt with this dealership for several years, since switching from Nissan/Honda/GM products to a Lexus vehicle. My experience has always been very positive. Staff are knowledgable, friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Other dealerships have always made me feel like I had to "fight" to get the best deal and negotiations between salesperson and manager were held behind closed doors. My husband went for an oil change. It ended up paying $2,000 for their service. He agreed for them to change brake pads only. They ended up doing so much more as per their long invoice. No transparency and total rip off, Avoid this place!
