Have been going to this dealer for over 7 years now, and Sid as always exceeded my expectations with the service. The work is done within the time they state, and I never get surprises with last minute or extra things they find. When I have to leave my car for them to work on, I never have to haggle for a loaner, and they even make that process pretty easy.
In the 10 years I have dealt with this dealership, I could not be more pleased with every aspect of its operation. My highest praise is for the service department and my service advisor, Carly. I had an unforeseen issue with my vehicle yesterday causing me to bring it into the dealership without an appointment. Scott was able to fit me in, provide transportation to work and kept me informed by calling to verify information about previous work completed. My Lexus IS suddenly did not start and went completely dead and inoperable while waiting in a car wash line-up, where my car had rolled back to the car behind me. Both the footbrake and the brake also became inoperable, leaving me no way to stop the car from rolling back to the car behind me.
