These guys have always been terrific. Customer service always excellent - they are good at telling you what does not need to be done as well as what extra service may be required. And they are not afraid to throw in some little "extras" if they feel it necessary to maintain the 'expected level of Lexus quality'.
Scott always impresses me with his dedication to top quality service and customer satisfaction. The price on my new snow tires (Bridgestone Blizzak) was fair, but not inexpensive. On this visit the only issue I had a problem with was the arbitrary decision to increase the tire storage fee from $100 to $150 - a 50% increase with no notification. Scott advised that the price increase was due to "running out of space". That's not my problem and I resent paying for it.
Scott made the effort to anticipate potential service requirements so there would be no surprises. I was most pleasantly surprised to find out some of these could legitimately be delayed to a future service. Scott really went out of his way to make this maintenance easy and pleasant for me. I highly recommend the dealership and, of course, Scott.
Both Carly and Sid went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my service experience was a very pleasurable one. I purchased a preowned LX570 in the winter of 2013 from a non Lexus dealer, and I have had Scott do all of the work since I got the truck. He has helped solve all of the little issues that I have dealt with (Previous owner related NOT quality) and he has been amazing to deal with. He is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Phenomenal experience. Sid and Scott are extremely welcoming and caring on every occasion. Although the price is expensive, but their genuine willingness and helping nature, which removes all the stress from the customer, is far more important and completely overshadows the dollar value. I've dealt with Erin Park Lexus for every service required for my ES350 for the last 6 years and 285,000 km. Service has always been impeccable! Quality of work has always been excellent but the customer service puts it over the top. Always a genuine concern for my time during visits. Never been loyal to a dealership for service before but these guys have earned it!
Sid, as usual, provided A-one service with the vehicle ready on time, less than estimated cost and called me immediately when ready. Overall an excellent experience.
