the Lexus team came together to give me a positive and successfull experience every time I attend for service. They have worked to find me the least costly solutions while providing optimum quality of service. Nothing but praise for this dealership and their efforts. this survey program however sucks as every time you need to change something it deletes other fields on you ie brand and keeps you in continuous loop of corrections......
Brought car in for 2 recalls. In and out in less than 1 hour like Ryan said I would be. Washer fluid low light came on during drive there, which Ryan took care of as well.
One of the top 3 service experiences I have had. Not only did Scott meet my expectation’s he and his service team exceeded them. I look forward to enjoying my 99’ Rx-300 for several more years and I know with Scott and the service team I am in very good hands, well done.
The service was exceptional, sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the product and gave detail description of the vehicle (Lexus GS350). I was impressed by the customer service and the friendly environment created by both the sales consultant (Peter Malone) and the Sales Manager (Sean Webb). Also I would like to point out the efficiency of the process which was made possible by the Business manager Emily Lee.
This review is for my first time in to this dealership (fall 2013). I went in during the first snow storm of season, without an appointment, to get snow tires and rims. Expected to have to wait at least a few days for an appointment to install them given the time of year. Paul was able to have the new rims & tires put on same day. Transportation to/from home was taken care of without having to ask. Our 2013 Lexus RX350 was taken in for one of its major service (Approx 32,000k) as well to have the interior shampooed for my son had vomited in it (due to the stomach flu). My husband dealt with Scott Bertrand and he was absolutely awesome. Scott went over and beyond his call of duty. Not only did he provide excellent customer service he actually cleaned the interior himself. Thanks Scott much appreciated.

I have purchased cars from this dealer before so didn't think twice about approaching them for my next vehicle. Norman Karkada was extremely pleasant to deal with, and it took me a few minutes to go over what I want, and he got back to me with pricing options. Because I was a repeat customer, they did their best to waive fees so my all in cost was extremely low - to the point that I did not even bother trying to get a price from other dealers.
