Poor Service I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went on a Wednesday to purchase a ct200h. Our salesperson had us test drive the car, however, he knew nothing about the car, and when we asked a specific question about one of the gears, he stated we shouldn't worry about what it was for. I later had to go on youtube to find out about the gears on the car. Unprofessional Came to dealer to inquire if my vehicle had any recalls, advisor didn't have time for me, when he finally did, couldn't find my vehicle model in the system due to mistyping my vin number, had an undesirable attitude and cut me short of asking further questions after I corrected him to properly retype my vin number. I have an older model but doesn't mean that I'm less important than other customers. My first visit and my last...

Poor Sales Experience Visited Erin Park Lexus without an appointment to look at the 2015 CT and had to wait about 15 minutes for someone available to see me. Not a big issue because the receptionist kindly offered coffee while we waited. I let the Sales person know I was looking at the CT and got some background information on the car before being taken to his desk and asked about whether I wanted to finance or lease. poor customer service waited over 20 min to see a sales person. place looked like empty. nobody in the office. one person on the floor acted very busy ignoring me. after approximately 10 minutes I was finally approached and advised that everyone was busy and that I need to wait another 10 min. after 20+ minutes wait I decided to go to other Lexus dealership in Oakville where I received full attention.

bad communication, even worse customer service Sales staff and manager decided to use Mfr. Rebate to lower monthly payments without revealing that's what they are doing. When I learnt of this at the time of delivery, Manager Sean was very unsure of how to respond. Upon further questioning of the numbers that did not make sense, he freaked out and to my shock and surprise simply said, "you can walk away, and forget about your deposit - take it or leave it"
