Always a Great Service Team This is my 3rd RX and all came from Erin Park. This tells you I'm pleased with the vehicle and the Dealer Service. Ryan and Sid always welcome me by name, and know my vehicle and what was done last time and what is scheduled for this visit. At the end of the service appointment they review what I should expect on the next visit, walk me to my car, which has been washed, and thank my for being a customer. The 5 STAR rating system is not enough, this is a 10 STAR Store.
Great customer service as always I've dealt with Ryan in the past and he has always provided amazing service. The dealership staff are very knowledgeable with their line of cars, service and treat their customers with respect. I am never disappointed with the quality of work and so I continue to return to this location for my service work.
Always hesitant about Dealerships in the past ,,,?! Very impressed with your staff. Ryan has been an excellent advisor. Very honest, in a simple problem, which, if he wanted to, could have soaked me with a hefty bill. Engine symbol was showing up on my display panel. I had serious concerns what might this cost me. He zeroed in on what might be the problem. Checked the gas cap, found it sort of loose, tightened it and advised me to always shut the cap tight & secure to avoid air seepage into the motor. Went for LOF service. Received amazing service for these two very friendly guys. They did much more in 2 hours, replaced broken bumper light, as well as gave a great complimentary wash. Thanks a lot for making my day.
