Long wait on Oil change I was told by a polite service rep. to wait for one hour and 15 mins. which is already a long time for oil change but then it took two hours to complete the service
My experience with the sales person Jeanete. I went to DV North Toyota to respond to the promo sheet I received in the mail. I had called a made an appointment to see a person about the ad which stated about a new car or leasing a new car etc. At that time I was leasing a 2013 Matrix Toyota and the lease wasn't really up for another year. Very happy customer. My experience here was wonderful. soby joseph took the time to show us many cars. He was not pushy and had a ton of patience with me. This would be my first time buying a decent car. I'm a matter of 24 hours after finding the car I loved it was ready for pick up. I'm so happy soby Joseph listened to exactly what I needed and provided that and more. If you go there I highly recommended you ask for soby. He's a great host and a wonderful person. I've become a number I used to have a great service manager that treated me like gold, so I actually bought another Venza at DVN so I could still have him look after me. Unfortunately he has left DVN and this time my experience was quite different. I've become a number.
