Dishonest salesman This is the worst car buying experience in my life. I visited this dealership on an impulse as I really liked the Lexus hybrid ES300H. The staff was friendly. After just a couple of visits I bought it. A week later a friend who was also buying a Lexus asked me if I knew Lexus had advertised a $5000 discount on the car. No, I did not know about it. Great Vehicle Horrible Dealer Never did I expect buying my GX470 to be such a messed up experience but I originally put that down to the dealership undergoing massive reconstruction. I responded to dealerships’ so called "promo for loyal DVN customers". I was awarded a $1,000 off coupon. I also had around $700 in their Platinum points program (I bought a new RX in 2005 and it was serviced by them for 7 years). After scribbling some hand written numbers on a piece of blank paper without even a letterhead, I was offered an insulting trade in value for my vehicle against a 2010 RX (this pre-owned vehicle was not even on the lot) that made their coupon and Platinum program look like a joke.
