We just bought a RX350 from Don Valley North Lexus last week and enjoy it very much. This was our first time with this dealer and our first Lexus also, kind of stress but my salesman, Andy Nham, has helped to make the experience very positive. He is very a patient man, taking time to explain to us all the steps, the cost, and the equipment's functions on the car. Thanks to Andy, we felt much relax during the process. His manger and the financial rep are also very polite and knowledgeable, very convincing.
My family planned to purchase an electrical car and we walked into DVN Lexus showroom. Kevin, the salesperson, was very nice and helpful. He led us to a RX450 Hybrid demo and said "feel free to get into the car and review the functions of the car". When we were inside the car, an unknown salesperson suddenly opened the door of the driver side. He asked my sister to get out of the car and let his customer get into it. There CPO ( certified pre owned ) 150 point inspection is nothing but a sales tactic. Why I state that is what I experienced when I drive off the Don Valley North Lexus lot with my used 2022 RX350 sport f with 34,800 klm on it.
