Terrible Service I currently live in Markham and I have 2 Lexus vehicles. Although I did not get my vehicles from DVNL but I was hoping for support to service my vehicle in a location near my new home. I called the service department on Tuesday, July 17 at 6:14pm. Very poor customer service On Wednesday, May 23rd went o the dealership and negotiated a price for a Toyota Venza and told salesmen and the Manager that I will be back with my son on Saturday, May 26th for final paperwork. The same day received an email from them for thanking me for my business with them.. Poor Post Sales Service Purchased a pre owned vehicle from the dealership two weeks ago. Noticed tires were below 50%. have reached out to dealership GM, sales associate, WEINS and Lexus Canada. No response back still on any possible resolution.
No customer appreciation and care after sale ! I have been a Lexus customer since 2011 , during the last ice storm I noticed a damage to my car , the rear moulding was missing , so after showing it to Lexus Don Vally North to buy a replacement moulding , they estimated the replacement 1734.00$ for the part and 240$ for labor so it would cost me including tax 2230 $ just to get a rear moulding renewed !!!! Worst place for anything Lexus related Convinced my immigrant parents who had a language barrier to purchase $6,000 warranty plan that didn’t cover anything when we bought the car in. Car was making noises, brought it in, didn’t do anything about it, continued to make noises even though it was new. Windshield wipers stopped working but apparently wasn’t covered by the warranty either. Stopped working as in it stopped automatically moving. Eric Yoon, the WORST sales Very disappointing. Eric doesn't know how to treat clients. He refuses to provide receipt for deposit returns and treats customers like xxxx. He even spazzed at us telling him to stop calling him and to contact head office. Unbelievable.
simple rip off on your regular oil change i am telling everyone dont go there, I went there your oil change and I got ripped off again for unnessary charges for which I never asked for and they did not even tell me what are they going to do and how much they will charge me? Just went for oil change and a noise which was coming from front end , they did not fix the issue and end up paying $560 still noise is coming out of front end
Horrible Dealership Experience. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! This is the worst Lexus dealership I have been to in Ontario and they still have the audacity to brag by calling themselves "the largest dealership in Canada". I chose to visit Don Valley North Lexus because it is the closest Lexus dealership to my house. Accessory scam, 4 hrs first service, AVOID this dealership! Terrible service experience. Short summary: 1) The car was not detailed/washed when I came to pick it up. 2) I was not given the accessories I purchased when I came to pick up the car. Had to make extra trips to pick it up. 3) Wrong accessory was installed in my vehicle.
