Smoking in my car I went for the service of my New Lexus, and when they return the car after service.. I smell very bad smoke in my car.. Remember no one smoke in our house.. So can you just imagine how bad, I feel to drive my kids in the same car.. Very very poor service ... Do not recommend Service Department far more then worst.. And they will never call to rectify those issues and they don't care even..

Deplorable Customer Service Extremely poor customer service. Was dealing with Grace Sun for the last week to take over the lease on an RC350 and was made to feel like I was a nuisance and was a waste of her time for the entire process. She repeatedly told me how much work this was for her and that she was really busy with other things. rip off service i went to DNVN lexus for oil change , they offer me these unnecessry service like maintenance and brakes services, I got srewed and end up paying $600 for nothing not a single parts they replaced but they claimed." that it is urgent to have a look for this , dont you want to maintain your car" anyway after all this rip off my brakes and roters were badley serviced and they start making noises I called my service adviser left mesages but he never returned my calls. anyway after couple of days i got a hold of h... read more

No respect for customers time & commitment I brought my car for service and was given a ride back home. At 12:40 pm I got an email that my vehicle was ready. I replied asking for a ride to the dealership to pick-up my car.At around 1 pm, I emailed Brian if the pick up could be arranged on time as I had an appointment to go to at 2 pm. Their service not as good as they used to. I went for an oil change last Friday, they service rep said it will couple hours. I told him I am okay with that. I left the car there at 8:00 am; Then the courtesy driver took me home; At 9:45 am, service rep called me to say my vehicle is done and a driver will come by to pick me up soon. Service is poor at best I have tried this dealer several times and each time it is a different set of issues. The last time I reached to them, it took them a day to get back to me. I moved on to another dealer. Prior to that my service was so poor, I tweeted the dealership. The owner got back to me to say the service manager would call me. Terrible Sales Services Geez, when the first words out of the "Sales Consulant's" mouth is what is your budget, you know the sales experience will not go well. How about asking what model I am interested in, features, etc. and then maybe we can talk price. Seems I did not wear my Armani suit so maybe my budget is 10 dollars. Poor sales experience. Bought somewhere else.

Horrible salesperson !!! Judy Ma is a horrible salesperson. At the reception counter She keeps on questioning whether we will buy a car today or not !!! Saying if you don't , then she won't give us the price of the car. She told us "our Lexus car will at least cost $1000 per month" doubting us don't have the money to buy their car and stop wasting her time. She is the most horrible salesperson I have ever met.
