Very dishonest. Sold a SUV with patched tire leaking but would not take full responsibility. Took 4 hours plus for oil change while initially advised 2 hours. Ken shouted when asked about status 3 hours after . Manager looking at computer when I was called to discuss tire matter. Failure to disclose vehicle had paint repair Purchased vehicle that was 1 year old. The rX 350 w e bought in 2014 began to show bubbling in the paint. Went to see DVN, their body shop etc... Numerous emails and calls made but often not returned. Still awaiting call. Advised by their body shop staff that this vehicle had thinner paint on the trunk and must have been a repair. Nobody is in Charge and Nobody cares The only thing 5 star about DVN Lexus is that they charge 5 times more (and take 5 times longer) for the same service you would get anywhere else. I had to transfer a lease and found i had a horrific time and spent about 8 months trying to figure out the procedure. I kept getting different explanations and prices or that it was not even needed for my special case. Nothing is ever in writing of course. Bate and switch sales tactics, rushed buying process This was my first Lexus vehicle and will probably be my last. During our test drive, we drove a lower trim test vehicle (IS300 Premium Package), We spoke about the necessary features we wanted in a car, AWD, Apple Carplay/Android Auto, Seat Memory, Navigation being some of the top features. HORRIBLE/RUDE customer Service from Sabrina at Reception I needed to get in touch with a sales consultant DVNL very urgently as my insurance agent needed information ASAP. Sabrina was horrible at getting me in touch with the right person, and would not let me finish my sentences, and would transfer me mid sentence. I had to call a total of 4 times to get her to pass on a message which I later found out she delivered the next day and not immediately when needed.. Service department The service technician Eddy knew what was wrong with my car but insisted that he run a diagnostic test which was $157. I took it to my local garage an do they fixed the issue for $60. Dishonest and untrustworthy.
TERRIBLE service from CHAKILAN.
