Superlative sales and service. We have been customers of DVNL since 2005. We look forward to our visits because the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We have purchased two new RX 350 vehicles and have never had a concern that was not taken care of immediately.
New car purchased last week I recently purchased my new car Lexus ES 350.When I visited the dealer for the fist time with my cousin I was not interested in by this car. My plan was to buy 2015 Toyota Camray. When we visited the show room no one was paying attention to us .So we were planing to Leave. Five Star Service I recently purchased my first Lexus! a 2015 IS350 F-Sport. Apart from the car being AWESOME! the whole purchase experience at DVN Lexus was GREAT! George Tzamalis was great to deal with and very helpful and even went as far as to pick me up from home. Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2015 ES 300 H from DVNL and I was very pleased with the entire experience. My sales consultant - Ken Boualavong was professional and very pleasant to deal with. His patience and advice made our car buying experience relatively stress free. He also stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. The front staff were courteous and always . Ken and the DVNL team earned our trust and future referrals.
Stellar service We bought the new 2015 NX200T from DVN Lexus just this past month. You will get very attentive service and all our concerns were answered with ease with help from Brandon Cao. I sympathize with some of the past customers who had left poor reviews for this dealership but fortunately, our experience with buying our new vehicle was super mostly thanks to Brandon.
Excellent Service as usual I've had a Lexus since 2009 and have alway had a good experience. Hourly rate is a bit high but I'm always confident the job was done properly and to the highest standard.
Excelent service Recently I swapped my 2013 RX to 2015 as before I dealt with Jim. As usual excellent service and communication, everything went so smoothly in couple hours.
