Very Good Dealership I bought a highlander today at Crown Toyota Scion from Ron Ackerman. The overall service of the employees was phenomenal, friendly faces everywhere brightened my day as Ron showed me my new car. My highlander was in perfect shape with no scratches or dents, he showed me all the cars features and taught me how to use them considering that I have never used a veichle with a touchscreen before. I highly recommend buying a car from there because you will not be disappointed -James
Crown Toyota Scion is phenomenal! I bought a used car from Nico Sanchez that turned out to be the 2013 showroom model of the Scion FRS back in August 2014. It was totally done up with every modification that i was thinking of putting on myself in the future anyways, what a perfect coincidence! LOVE the car! Totally enjoyed it in the summer time. Kathy Sullivan provides exceptional customer service Kathy took such a great interest in our family and our preferences in buying a new vehicle. She was the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesperson to sell our family a vehicle to date (all of which have been Toyotas). Prius Purchase I was welcomed in to the dealership in a way that I was comfortable with. ie, not exuberantly. Kathy was very helpful and informative. The price offered to me was one that I felt was fair. I appreciated the fact that I did not feel the need to bargain or that I was pressured into purchase.
