I am disappointed with my experience regarding an air-conditioning issue on my Toyota vehicle. In August 2023, I paid Charlesglen Toyota in Calgary to diagnose and repair a problem with my vehicle's air-conditioning system. While the system worked temporarily after the visit, it failed again within a few months. The pattern continued over the following years, with the air conditioning functioning only seasonally before failing again.
