It was nice experience with May Leung for buying new vehicle. She was knowledgeable and friendly. But they don't have new hybrid vehicle for test drive which will make our decision easy.
I was shocked by the treatment I received at Charlesglen Toyota dealership. I brought my Sienna in for service and was recommended to flush the transmission oil, which I agreed to. Took truck in for oil change. Was emailed prior to say they wanted to do a full service package. I responded with only wanting an oil change this time. Appointment coordinator acknowledged this and stated that’s what would be done. However when picked up they charged me for the full package as they stated that is what was done. Absolutely check Charlesglen's prices. If you're not aware, they raised their services pricing a while ago. I'd like to say that, over the years, I have absolutely no complaint about their service work - just the prices in place now. Example - in the last three estimates I've gotten, they have been higher anywhere from 19% (Last is a savings of $726 on Charlesglen's estimated cost of $3800) to 50% (wiper blades - estimated at $36 a blade installed here - $16 installed elsewhere. I had an incredibly negative experience with charlesglen Toyota and their service manager and brent carefoot. My interaction with him was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and is appointed with my experience at the dealership. From the start, Brent was dismissive of my concerns and shows me a complete lack of customer service skills. Smoke and mirrors. Salesman will say anything to make the sale and then back out on their word at time of sale. Sold me a vehicle that failed to meet a proper inspection and from there it was nothing but an absolute nightmare trying to rectify. Alot of 'misunderstandings' on blatant statements. Incompetence on many levels. Only person we dealt with that did not give us a run around was Rick with the finance department. Will not be dealing with this dealership for anything in the future.

Service department is in disorganized. Folks at the desks are rude as xxxx. The service department is the very definition of incompetent.
Waited a year and had to cancel the order for my Highlander-Hybrid at MRSP. While waiting, reserved a 2nd small SUV at MRSP, the Rav4-Gas, that never came, no update were given, at the time No bill of sale was provided so not even sure if this was reserved. These guys taking advantage of supply and demand. Charlesglen Toyota recommended the Cabin Pollen filter replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and quick - 1 minute - basically only the cost of filter). At home I looked at what filter they put - it was probably the poorest quality, cheapest piece of garbage they could find on the market - thin and flimsy... Good day Stan. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We only use factory Toyota cabin air filters. A cabin filter may look of poor quality if it is flimsy. The quality of filter is rated by the micron filtration level. Since the oil drain plug gasket was missing, there must have been an oil leak.
