First, I am thrilled with the 4Runner! Vehicle delivery was much sooner than expected. Val Parsons was amazing. Her knowledge and assistance of both the vehicle and the dealership were fantastic. The 'Charlesglen experience' was first rate. All of the staff were friendly and great to interact with. I highly recommend Val and Charlesglen!!
After having some sour experiences with car salesman and dealerships in the past, I would say that dealing with Omid and Charlesglen gave me a better and different approach/experience when buying a car.
