Although I went to Charlesglen Toyota hopeful to buy a car, I left with a vehicle I wouldn't have thought of buying thanks to Omid! The car is just perfect for me, my family and my budget. Val Parsons in sales was very helpful, and Mark gave us a wonderful introduction to the vehicle when we picked it up. Garnett explained the warranty options very clearly. All in all, another great Toyota/Charlesglen experience.
