Val Parsons was a delightful person to assist me with my purchase of a new RAV-4. She maintained regular contact during the wait for the vehicle and was very helpful with an issue that occurred with my trade-in vehicle during that time. Val Parsons & Khal helped me lower my interest rate for my trade. I recommend buying from this dealership if you want to avoid the hassles of buying used cars. Although my car broke due to battery issues, all the expenses were reimbursed after it was fixed! Service department went an extra mile by doing a test drive with me addressing my concerns. In the end, the car was safe & fun to drive. Another full tank of gas for free & the car was delivered to my place. It was an awesome experience.
