Great People offering Great Customer Service We have been leasing our company cars through Burlington Toyota for 4 years and just renewed with them again. Honest, friendly and service-oriented staff made the experience a joy. Would highly recommend this dealership (and of course Toyota in general) to everyone.

Friendly and fast service I was greeted in a friendly manner. The service representative was kind and knew exactly what needed to be fixed when I brought the broken piece in. I did not have an appointment but they got me in anyways and fixed my car very quickly.
Work was done on time & as directed. Billing- had trouble with credit card reader at time of payment. Paid with debit card. Was surprised to receive an e- invoice not recorded as paid. Called service dept. who informed me that me debit card receipt would suffice as proof of payment. Would be more comfortable if e-invoice was marked paid.
Great service without an appointment I dopped in without and appointment for a initial service on my new Rav4 ( my apptmt was actually for a week away. The service folk accommodated me nicely and I was out within the hour. Thanks,
Great buying experience with Jamie Having been to several other dealers while looking for a 2014 Corolla and I was underwhelmed with the responses I was getting from their Sales Dept. However, my experience at Burlington Toyota was great. Jamie (Sales) was a refreshing change. Rita (Finance?) was exceedingly helpful. I live a long way from this dealership but will absolutely be back.
Great Service Experience Adam was awesome. Heard a sound and felt vibration in the front end of my 2014 Yaris, I immediately too the car in without an appointment as I felt it was not safe to drive. Adam the Service Adviser was able to have the car looked at and repaired same day. When I picked up the car later that day, Adam was there to give me an overview of the problem explain the paperwork to me and also (very big) show me where my car was parked.
Will Always Keep Coming Back This is the second car I have bought from the Burlington Dealership and again I have LOVED my experience. I was helped by Hamed who was nothing but amazing! Not only was he friendly and kind, he was helpful and understanding. He was funny and I enjoyed being there. Courteous Customer Satisfaction The service rep had my paperwork in her hand walking towards my car before I had shut off the engine - they were ready for me - I went in a had a very nice cup of coffee got caught up on the local news and they were calling my name - I wasn't even late for work! Typical - organized - efficient - friendly.
