Everything was fine. I have had my cars maintained at Burlington Toyota for almost 15 years. The Burlington Toyota service department is extremely well organized and consistently provides a streamlined, fully satisfactory process. There is a pleasant customer waiting area with free newspapers, free coffee, and free WIFI.

Excellent experience Awossom reception. Honest feedback on the actual servuces needed. Everyone zi came to contact smiled and I was offered assistance even when I was talking to sn advisor. People seem to care about their work. Free wifi, coffee, very clean facility. I was able to work while zi waited for my car.
Top Notch! I've always received excellent service at this location. I came in this time for a regular service and my engine light happened to come on the previous evening. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed up. The employees at this location are always helpful and totally professional in every way.
6 Month service As usual service was great and all told my visit was as pleasant as I have always found the Service Department over the years that I have been taking my cars to Burlington Toyota.
Service The service on my car was completed in less time than they said it would be. The waiting area is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Service center continues to be very impressive I have been a Burlington Toyota customer for over 28 years and have always been very happy with how they handle their vehicle service. Today I was even more impressed. My two cars were serviced (one needing brake maintenance and tire rotation) in about 3 hours, including me bringing them in one at at time.
