Bringing all 5 cars to Burlington Toyota Have been dealing with Len for the past several years. So impressed with the service and quality of workmanship, we are bringing all our cars (Ford, Mitsubishi, Lexus & Toyota) for service to Burlington Toyota. We live in Oakville - but get our cars maintained in Burlington. I am sure when we are ready to buy another Toyota, we will be coming to your dealership.
Excellent Service No delays for my appointment time, no unnecessay recommended things ie: change the filter etc. Other places I have been, there always seemed to be a need for the technician to upsell to additional services.
Excellent service from Jason and Chris! I was involved in a collision on May 7th, where I was rear-ended and my 2003 Echo was a total loss. Jason helped me to find a car, a 2013 Corolla which I could afford. Chris was very helpful with filling out forms for the loan and Jason gave me all sorts of help with finalizing the deal and getting used to a different car.
Excellent My 2016 Camry was serviced on time, and the friendly service person took the time to explain the service required and was needed on my next service appointment.
Great spot to bring your Toyota for Service I am thrilled with the service at Burlington Toyota! This is a super busy shop and the staff always have time to explain what needs to be done. Courteous and helpful is a great way to sum up the service department-
New battery After having to call a Tow Truck... three times in five days... I asked for my appointment to be moved from The 25 of May to the next day ... and the said yes !! They even got the van serviced by the time they said the appt. would start as I had brought the van in first thing in the morning. Thank you so very much
Oil Change Service As usual they are friendly, efficient and speedy at Burlington Toyota. I've gone to other Toyota locations for convenience sake, I always come back.
Fast and courteous Matt, my service advisor took good care of things. There are a couple of minor issues that need to be addressed under warranty. Having purchased the ECP was also a good decision. Oh, and the coffee machine in the waiting area is great.
Great sales and service! The sevice was completed more quickly than the indicated time, and the car runs beautifully. This experience is totally consistent with previous service visits sine 2012. I highly recommend their sevice department. I have also had great service from Jason Kew, from whom I have purchased two vehicles.
