Excellent customer service as always! Without an appointment, I drove into the welcome bay with a request to have a flat tire repaired. I was promptly booked in and the repair to the tire was initiated in a short period of time. After the repair, the wheel was reinstalled on my vehicle. Thank you so much for the excellent service you provide!

Toyota Employees The service advisor was friendly, gave accurate information, made notes re the service needed for my car. She did not try to up-sell a service.
Regular six month servicing The staff is always courteous and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to drive into. Unfortunately the car wash mechanism was out of service the day I visited, because I do like a car wash along with the servicing, but that, of course is not a negative consideration in my review

Service check up I had them check my brakes and everything was good, so they did an oil change and topped the fluids up while I waited and had a coffee.

Great customer service! The service department is great! Efficient but doesn't take any shortcuts on servicing your vehicle. While we were waiting we saw Hafiz Bastan, (the car salesman who sold us our truck). He came over to say hi, offer us coffee and make sure we were being looked after properly! He is the the nicest guy and the only car salesman we have ever trusted!! Gave us a good price and continues to give us great customer service!
