Efficient , polite and fair My experience was short and sweet. The team was able to take my car without appointment. I waited, had a coffee and soon the service rep advised that the Interior air filter was dirty. Recommended to replace and it was done....Thanks Toyota Burlington

Service The service was courteous and prompt. The cost was less than I expected. When I arrived at my appointment time my car was immediately taken in.
Great After a lengthy delay which was not the dealers fault, I got an apt for a recall on the airbag. The dealer expected my arrival and took my car in right away. I was very comfortable waiting a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the service! Barb
Great service and thorough investigation of my vehicle I took my vehicle in for servicing due to a squealing noise when I turned on the heat/AC. I needed to leave the vehicle overnight as the noise was only happening when the engine was cold. They discovered my vehicle had a transmission leak which will be repaired in a week's time and may be the cause of the squealing noise. Engine light went on I was on my way to work when my engine light went on. I immediately went to Burlington Toyota and although they were very busy that day, they were able to fix it and take care of the 2 recalls that I had on my car. I was shuttled to and from the dealership and they kept in constant communication with me regarding the status of my car. This dealership is a well oiled Toyota machine!!!! I am grateful to have such an amazing place that takes care of myself and my car.
Lease of 2017 RAV4 This was the 3rd vehicle I've acquired through Burlington Toyota (many more through my family) - and as usual, it was a great experience. Salny was very knowledgeable, and we appreciated Sion making time for us as well.

Thank you Matt! I had a worrying oil leak that showed up on the garage floor. Stopped in at Burlington Toyota. Matt brought me right in, was instrumental in finding the loose plug from a recent oil change elsewhere, had it tightened and sent me on my way...fifteen minutes from driving into the parking lot and driving away all fixed.
