Excellent standard of service I have typically found the service team knowledgeable and only do work that is required while recommending work to consider in the future. The car is delivered on time and within the estimates given.
EFFICIENT& FRIENDLY I have always had a good experience with Toyota each and every time I have taken my SUV in for service. They always ask immediately if I need a ride and if not, approximately the wait time. The waiting room is good. TV and beverages while you wait. Fast efficient and friendly service Service advisor, parts sales and service sales were all friendly, fast and efficient. There was a comfortable atmosphere in the waiting area and the coffee was excellent. I did not have the muffins though since I am watching my calories.
Quick and efficient As always, I was able to drive right into the Service bays when I arrived for my oil change and routine check, and I was met immediately by Matt. He pulled my information up on the computer and quickly got the paperwork together. I was on my way back home within minutes. Matt called me about 1 hour or so later to tell me there was a small added issue and ask if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it (changing the cabin air filter). Great experience Just after receiving a second letter from Toyota about their safety recall (Takata airbag issues), which stated that Toyota provided the necessary parts for my car, I contacted my dealer and had the appointment after a few days. My car was fixed as promised and I am happy with the service that Burlington Toyota provided.
Perfect Salny the sales rep was perfect. She listened to my questions and enquires about me possibly trading in my current leased vehicle for a new Rav4. She was very efficient in getting me prices and quotes for different lease periods. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Rav4 and explained everything in detail during our meetings and test drives. My wife and I are over the top happy with the new Rav4 and with the entire process of leasing the vehicle.

Service Department This is the first dealership that I have continued using for service after the warranty of my vehicle has run out. I feel that I am treated fairly and that the service on the car is really required and never trumped up. In short, I trust the department, particularly the service manager.
Tire repair Very obliging customer service staff. Pleasant, courteous, very helpful and considerate. Couldn't get over how fast the employees at the desk moved from task to task!
