Excellent! Pleasant and competent staff. Good at setting expectations for duration of service. Work was well done. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Washrooms are clean.

Fantastic! Salny was an amazing sales associate. She answered all of our questions, was patient, and had an extremely positive attitude. She wasn't pushy at all, and made sure we felt comfortable prior to purchasing. She made our whole experience great, and went the extra mile to ensure we knew what was going on. Coming from BC, we weren't familiar with the rules and regulations in Ontario, however, Salny made sure to inform us and let us know what we needed to get done to ensure we would be ready for pick up. Friendly, Communicative, Easy Dropped my car off overnight for a regular service, had it back the next day within a few hours of my appointment time. The service adviser was very friendly and communicative (even though I went to the wrong department to pick up my car), as was the service receptionist. I was out of there within 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my car. The complimentary wash was also very well done.
VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND MY CAR I was taken care of as soon as I arrived for my appt. The shuttle driver was prompt and efficient both taking me home and picking me up. I have nothing but praise for Toyota and the courteous way I was treated.
Fast attention without having an appointment. Got a tire warning light and the service agent did an immediate check and fitted me in without an appointment. The service was quick and although it cost me a new tire I was very satisfied with the excellent service.
Service with a smile. I was looked after as soon as I arrived with a smile, and was in and out in half an hour, I call that service.
