My comments I was greeted by Len who showed respect and friendliness. He saw that all service needed was done promptly. Len saw that something additional was done for me and it was greatly appreciated.
Pleasant, timely My tires were changed within an hour and that was fine. Matt was friendly and informative. During the car wash the cover for my front license was broken so he deducted an amount from my bill to pay for a new cover. Very thoughtful.
Excellent Service!!! That was my first time to have the service from Burlington Toyota since I just moved to the city a month ago. They have a wonderful, friendly customer service, and I found the service pretty satisfactory! But, there is one thing I need to mention; unlike most of Toyota services in other areas, they didn't offers a car-wash after the service. It would be a GREAT place if they provide their customers with a car-wash service.

Friendly, efficient service The service I received from the service staff was very friendly and efficient. This included everyone from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the final checkout.
First time This was a first service on a used car purchased less than two weeks previous. They were courteous and efficient in checking my vehicle in and esttimating time needed. My vehicle was fixed at no charge to me which was a great relief. It shows the integrity of the people you deal with here. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your servicing needs. They are respectful of your time as well which is important Thank you
Good Experience Great experience overall, Salny was very was helpful, friendly and made the purchase process very comfortable. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Had a bad experience at dealership on Upper James, have purchased a vehicle twice from Burlington, would definitely recommend to others.
