Service The staff are friendly and professional - They were able to accommodate my time schedule - Matt called with an update and recommending additional work as well as when the work was complete.
32,000 k/m service I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was professionally greeted by Gordon Gardiner Wright. The service time would be 2.5 hours and I took the shuttle service home and was picked up later and picked our vehicle up. I was completely satisfied with dealership staff.

I went in just for an oil change - fast service. Very friendly service personnel. Quick turn around. Unfortunately, they were stymied by my concern regarding why I can't read the MPH (not the KmPH) during the daytime. This is a vehicle design flaw in the 2015 Highlander which should somehow be addressed by TOYOTA.
