Always get good service at Burlington Toyota The staff always treat me with respect and will answer any questions I have. The service advisors are friendly and greet me by name. The mechanics always say “hello” whenever they pass through the lounge (waiting area). This speaks highly of the customer service.
Great sales person!!!! Brandon Murray is a very personable man who know his product. He took time to explain things and at no time did I feel pressured into a sale......I like that!!
Great customer service as always Len was great in providing explanations and then following back up again as he said he would. The free car wash was also nice to get. I drive in from Oakville because of the service at this location!
thorough and honest we purchased our 2011 and 2014 RAVs at this dealership. The follow up service provided has been great. The service team is thorough an patient, sometimes explaining things more than a few times. I would definitely recommend Burlington Toyota. Could have used a follow up wash but it isn't a big deal.
Fast & Convenient Mtce Service I like that I am in and out relatively quickly. I like that the Service Dept. phones me about any issues while they were chacking out my car, and I find the shuttle service to be particularly helpful.

Great, as always I still drive here after moving to Hamilton from Burlington... Nuff said. Waiting is made better with wifi, and hot drinks. Clean, and quiet atmosphere.
