Tim and Tina Staff were professional and and appointments easy to make. Inspections are complete and having an ongoing file allows for awareness of needs on a timely basis.
Scheduled Maintenance and Brake Service Work was completed as per quote provided. Waited the 2 hours in the customer lounge area which is comfortable. My service advisor was engaging and informative. Judging from my driving after leaving the shop the work was performed well. I priced this service at other locations as well and found Burlington Toyota to be the most competitive as well as forthright in detailing the service requirements.
